I ordered a 9pc bucket yesterday and I was very disappointed at this location. I would say this was the worst fried chicken you can not imagine. It was like very old and dry both spicy and original. They must have refried the chickens like thousandsof time. It is not editable. The skin was supposed to be the best part but it was dry like a hard cardboard that you can'teven taste the famous herbs. It was dinner time I ordered at 6pm and you would think that they would have fresh chickens. Iwould not recommend anyone going there as this place has the worst owner/management. Had to buy something else for my kids. Iwould rate no star if that was an option.
Chicken was on point. Staff here not friendly, kindly rude to the point that they don't want to be be. I went drive through at night time, menu board was not lit, I told the lady while there and also at the window and she ignored me like she was deaf, she was Hispanic, Samoan looking. Last but not least, can KFC look at their receipts, it don't have no ink, so I don't know if I was charged right.
After three attempts, I feel compelled to share my thoughts on the chicken from this KFC. Unfortunately, the chicken is not fresh. It seems like the original recipe is no longer being utilized to prepare the chicken. If the owner happens to read this, I urge you to take action; otherwise, I won't be returning.
Horrible experience, they forgot half of my order, didn't find out until I got home 30 minutes away) the person taking our order in the store was rude,and dismissive. Never again.

Watched my burger patty go from hot water to a microwave, seriously how hard is it to install a grill. Cheap but employees are nice so that’s a plus.
I order a chicken pot pie got home and in side was children bone and Gristle and inside my son's famous bowl was some hard Husk or old chicken??
I bought a 12 pc tender meal for dinner and hours later around 3am i began throwing up. Long story short i got food poisoning from this place.

Long drive thru lines all the time. Need to stop with the excuses and open the lobby up even if there's no dine in. Food is hit miss
As for parking, the restaurant would be much better off if it were just a large parking lot.
