Kfc - Table reservation

I ordered food through the drive-thru and the employee rushed me, prompting me to ask them to wait while we were still deciding what to order. When we got home and checked the order, we found several mistakes. When we called to address the issue, the person we spoke to hung up on us. We tried calling back multiple times, but they didn't bother to pick up. I will definitely not be returning to this place, and I would advise others to avoid it as well.

Left standing at counter by girl on her own for 15 minutes then some other guy comes along she starts serving him, so I have to shout to get served. Tried ordering new deal £6.49 wrap meal she gets that wrong so I have to tell her what to put in it. No salt. I asked for pepsi but went it comes to serving she says run out so take a tango only thing on tap. Tables filthy dirty uncleaned. Worst kfc I ever used and I have used many all over England.

so went into the store as i was missing items, asked a young girl for the manager young girl goes into the back to get the manager comes back to me and said there’s no manager in the store what a shocker then all i was hearing is 2 team members arguing with a young boy this is unacceptable. and completey out of order this store needs sorting out big time. feel sorry for the young boy.

This is the worst KFC I have ever eaten. They only had thighs and legs, no other chicken options. The chips were not cooked properly. My mum and I both threw our food in the bin and ordered from somewhere else. This is the third time we have had this experience at this location. We were both disgusted.

The chicken was dry and the breading tasted like it had been warmed up! The fries were also lacking in flavor. We will not be returning to this restaurant. Two disappointed grandchildren.
