This is the worst KFC I’ve ever visited. The staff are friendly and personable, but the wait times are always long, and they’re frequently out of chicken—not just one type, but all of it, and this happens early in the day. It’s absurd for a chicken restaurant. I understand they don’t want leftover stock at closing, but running out of your main product 4-5 hours before closing, several nights a week, is poor management—and it’s been happening for a long time. Recently, I waited nearly 30 minutes just to reach the order kiosk, only to be told they were out of chicken. Wow! I am really impressed by the exceptional service I received. KFC is similar to other fast food chains in that the food is typically consistent, but the key differentiators are service, cleanliness, and speed. This location truly excelled in all aspects of service at the drive-thru. I drove away amazed by how great my experience was. They delivered my food quickly, asked if I needed any condiments for my chicken and biscuit, and the staff had great energy, made eye contact, and expressed their gratitude. It was the best service I’ve experienced at a fast food restaurant in a long time!
The drive-thru experience was quite frustrating due to an oil-burning car in front of me. I waited behind at least seven cars, resulting in a 20-minute delay. When my order was finally ready, it was incorrect, but they did fix it. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive the ranch dip sauce I had requested at the speaker. It seems like you really need to double-check every order. The chicken and tenders were just average, and the fries were only slightly warm.
I made a big mistake choosing this restaurant. I waited 45 minutes for my food after going through the drive-thru, only to be told to park and wait. After sitting in my car for 30 minutes, I decided to go inside, where I was ignored for another 15 minutes. Eventually, someone finally acknowledged me, but he approached with an attitude. Seriously?

Terrible experience at this KFC. The food arrived cold and hard, and I didn’t receive everything I ordered. The Famous Bowl only had chicken, which was dry and tough, and the food tasted like it was several days old. I also never got my soda. This was an online order through GrubHub, and I definitely won’t be ordering from this location again.
This place is repulsive. I ordered a Zinger with cheese, and when I got home and unwrapped it, I found an ant crawling all over the sandwich. It was so disappointing!
This is definitely one of the best KFC locations, and it also features a Taco Bell. I've enjoyed lunch here many times and have never had a bad experience.
Absolutely the worst KFC I've ever been to! They are constantly out of chicken, and the line is always incredibly long. It's just terrible!
