This is BY FAR THE WORST KFC IN THE WORLD. I have no clue how this location is still open. A few months ago, I ordered online ahead of time, when I went to pick it up, they said they RAN OUT OF CHICKEN. The manager was rude, unapologetic, and refused to issue me a refund. I had to go through corporate just to get my money back. I went to the drive thru this afternoon, and a worker greeted me and asked me for my order. As soon as I ordered, the same older Hispanic lady took over the intercom and rudely told me that they were closed bc the system is shut down . If I could give this KFC zero stars, I would. We ordered three mac and cheeses but only received two. When we went back to the counter to address it, the worker asked the person who packed the order if she had only put in two. The packer blatantly lied with a scared look on her face. Then the cashier had the nerve to say, "Maybe they already ate it?" Who can eat a mac and cheese in less than two minutes? This isn’t the first time something has been missing from our order. If only they were more polite and admitted their mistake, it would have been fine!
If I could give this KFC 0 stars, I would. We ordered 3 mac and cheese from the menu, but they only gave us 2. When we went back to let them know, the girl asked whoever took the order if it was only 2. The girl then stopped lying and admitted it with a scared look. Maybe they already ate it themselves—who can finish a mac and cheese in less than 2 minutes? This isn't the first time something was missing from our order. If the staff were simply kinder and acknowledged their mistake, it would make a big difference!
They need to just shut this down. The food is terrible. Food had no taste, place was dirty as heck and I was in the drive thru looking in. Gone on and shut it down. Let Popeyes serve the fast food chicken. KFC days are over with.

The manager had a horrible attitude and she was very rude it’s the last time i go there even after i waited a long time the order wasn’t complete
they were from all limos, the juice I got was watered and only Sriracha cheese did not shorten easy. but different from that.
The chicken was greasy and not like it used to be years ago; the quality has declined significantly.
