Pull up at about 3:55, on a Sunday and the place is DEAD. Place an order for a 3 pc tender meal and a sandwich. Could barely hear the speaker. Tells us that the tenders had a 3 minute wait. We were ok with that. We pull up, pay and are told to pull around and wait for the tenders. We are given our soda. It 's hot out, and 15 minutes roll by. Finally someone comes out and tells us the tenders would take a few minutes and emphasized twice they were making them so they 'd be fresh. The whole time we are sitting there no one pulls up or goes inside. Three more cars pull up and are directed to wait by where we are. I wait 5 more minutes and finally go inside. There isn 't a single customer inside...
I completed a survey and received a code at the end, but I've yet to receive a response. I was overcharged at the drive-thru even though I showed the receipt to the lady in the lobby. She appeared stressed, so I made an effort to be extra polite. Despite this, she refused to correct my wrong order, claiming there was nothing to refund. I explained that I wasn't seeking a refund; I just wanted to point out the receipt to prevent future mistakes. The woman who took my order was very polite and kind, which is the only reason I’m giving this place one star. I ordered food through the drive-thru and was asked to pull forward and wait for 3.5 minutes for them to prepare the nuggets. I didn’t mind waiting for fresh food. However, that 3.5 minutes ended up being about fifteen or twenty minutes. The chicken sandwich, fries, and side of mac and cheese we ordered were all lukewarm. I’m not sure what caused the delay or why they didn’t wait to prepare the rest of our order so everything could be served hot. The food might have been decent if it had been served hot.
went for lunch and waited 25 min from paying to walking inside asking for a refund to be TOLD NO REFUNDS of food I haven 't received and when I Paid.... then she sets my meal on the counter saying I was almost on my way out with it should have run when I tasted the Mt Dew... almost syrup ..... sooo sweet I had to get something else ..... asked for white meal got a dried up thigh definitely not cooked with my other 2 peices..... ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE AND FOOD... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Drove thru the drive up. Had to wait to get served to place my order. Then, when I got my food, the chicken was burned. The chicken tasted burn and looked burnt. This is from the grease trap not clean out from the residue from the chicken batter on the floor of the fryer. When you don't clean that out, that gets cooked over and over and gives the chicken a bust taste. Was very unhappy, for we were hungry after a long drive from another city.
No wonder this is the worst kfc in the city, waited 40 minutes in the store for a doordash order pickup because there was only 2 people working in the entire store and the food was STILL cold. Now I've gotta explain to my customer why their 20 minute order took over an hour. Whoever manages or owns this store needs to find a new line of work because restaurant management is not their thing. Absolutely terrible do not go here
KFCs in this area are really changing; new management, new/different menu items,etc. Their new nuggets are amazing. This particular location is the cleanest, fastest and friendliest around.Food: 5/5
I visited this location for the first time and had a fantastic experience. The staff was friendly and efficient, the food was incredibly fresh, and they even offered me butter, honey, and hot sauce.
