Fast food drive thru service forgot a sandwich that was part of my order. The cashier assured my order was complete. I I understand that the entire team needs to get the order processed within a short amount of time, however the person who checked the order missed the crispy chicken sandwich.The staff attempted to cram 2 meal orders and the missing chicken sandwich into a very small bag. Would give them minus stars if possible. Ordered on line, arrived at pick up time. When they finally got to me in line, was told they were going to work on it next (25 minutes after I ordered). Okay I get it is is not really busy but might be lacking staff. Finally they finish my order. Which by te way was very expensive for fast food. Got home. I chose 2 kartoffels and gravy, cole Slav and pommes. they gave me the soda I had asked for my meal before I left, I had to ask for my 2nd gravitation. they gave me only one if I had received two. except that the service was great, eating was amazing and it didn't take too long as I ordered to get my food. family loved it. win for mama!

I go to the Groton location once, twice a year, and every time I am disappointed. Ive ordered online, drive through, and inside, and I swear... EVERY TIME THE SCREW UP THE ORDER! We haven't had KFC since the renovation. Just as good as it ever was. Good job.Parking: If I remember correctly, parking before the renovation was nothing to write home about. The parking is available, it's just not all that close to the door. That though, is not enough to keep me away. Food and service, that's what keeps me coming back.
