Gave it this rating because the service was courteous, fast, and friendly. The food didn 't measure up to the service, had the chicken tender bowl and it was awful. The potatoes were tasteless, no seasoning, no flavor whatsoever and what taster there was seemed leftover. The corn was tasted old as well. The chicken tenders were the worst part of the meal, they were so hard...they were battered wayyyy too much, it was like biting down on fried peppered chicken batter....where was the chicken? How would you like to pay $30 for 8 pieces of chicken and that 's all? Well, that 's what we experienced today. Ordered a 8 piece bucket meal with 2 sides and biscuits. We received ONLY the chicken, and it wasn 't right either. (Ordered crispy and got original. NO SIDES. NO BISCUITS. How does this happen?!!! Does anyone care at all anymore? Or is it just another case of those 5 words? F 'ed in the drive through. 8 pieces of chicken for $30!!! This location is awful! We couldn 't feel more dissatisfied and robbed. This place deserves ZERO stars!

I would give this a zero rating if I could. The food was so old and cold. Part of my order was wrong. How do you serve a drumstick that appears to bit off of and you can see the bone and the bone is dark brown/black color. That means this chicken is really old. It was cold not even lukewarm. The service was horrible. Called the store repeatedly no response. Called Corporate. The young lady in the drive thru with the blue hair was disrespectful and rude. NEVER GO HERE! Don't waste your time not money!

This location needs to be shut down. How the hell are you going to be out of stuff every time I go in. No wings, no biscuits, this is only a seasonal item, we quit selling it month ago( even though they still have the sign up for it). Then they get mad at you for mentioning it.
Asked no slaw. Sun Mac and cheese. Got no mashed potates. And slaw.Ordered large drink. Got medium.Receipt shows what I ordered. They just don’t care at all. It’s times like this I’m against $15 an hour when you don’t even give minimum effort. Worthless store
