Fredrick ave location are the worst I've been in line almost 20 minutes still haven't received my food . Each customer roughly have a 10 wait on anything you ordered. I truly hope KFC goes back to its original recipe instead of cutting corners. Along with the disappointing service, the lower-quality recipe they’re using just doesn’t live up to expectations. Whether it’s due to franchising or something else, the decline in flavor has been evident for at least the past three years.
I gave this KFC location 3 stars because of the food, not the service. The cashier was completely lacking in customer service—no greeting, no "thank you for coming," nothing. If I hadn’t been so hungry, I might have left. It seems like the staff don’t recognize that without customers, they wouldn’t have jobs.
I have ordered from the KFC at Westside Shopping Center many times over the years and usually had a good experience. However, the two meals I got on October 16, 2022, were a letdown. The tenders and biscuits arrived cold and dry. It will be a while before I decide to eat at this location again. Book a table now
The young staff members are friendly, but the restaurant could really use a thorough cleaning and a fresh coat of paint on the walls. It's unclear how management is organized, but it's evident that there's a need for someone to prioritize cleanliness and sanitation.
I was disappointed with my order, especially since it was my first time ordering from this place through Uber Eats. I ordered a 3-piece combo with 2 thighs and 1 drumstick, but I ended up receiving 3 drumsticks instead.
I don’t know what was in the Mac N Cheese but the way it tasted was off, we had to stop and pray over the food with positive affirmations before we continue to eat anything else. Something was off with this experience.
