I had a really disappointing experience with the food at this restaurant. I ordered chicken sandwiches and chicken fillets, but most of the sandwiches were undercooked. To make matters worse, my order was supposed to include two bags of fries, but they weren't included. Unfortunately, I couldn't go back to resolve these issues because I had other commitments. I won’t be ordering from this restaurant again.
I had a very disappointing experience at KFC. I ordered chicken sandwiches and chicken fillet sandwiches, but most of the chicken was undercooked. Additionally, my order included two bags of fries that were not even part of what I ordered. Unfortunately, I couldn’t return to the restaurant due to other commitments. I won’t be ordering from KFC’s menu again in the future.
I ordered a 12-piece family meal with extra crispy chicken, but 75% of the pieces were extremely dry. Some were nearly as tough as leather. Since it's too far for me to drive back, I won't be returning for a while. This occurred on August 1, 2022, at 4:30 PM, so it might be best to avoid that time in the future. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
Last Monday, we visited the KFC in San Ramon to place an order at the drive-thru, and the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. The employee took our order angrily, making us hesitant to even ask for drinks. My kids even asked why we were being treated so poorly. This was our final visit to KFC, and to make matters worse, the food was terrible. Book a table now
I think KFC is decent, but I'm not a huge fan. We recently tried their new chicken sandwich, and I ordered the spicy one. It was actually pretty spicy, but I'm not a big fan of fried food overall, so I might not be the best person to judge. The staff was friendly, and even though the dining room was closed, they allowed us to sit there anyway.
The meat was old, and I didn’t receive the item I ordered. The popcorn chicken was very disappointing—it looked like it came from the bottom of the basket. Most pieces were tiny, and some were just crumbs with no actual chicken. As shown in the picture below, over 50% consisted of leftover fragments.
The chicken was just average, and they forgot to include a utensil for the mashed potatoes in my bag. Overall, the food was okay, but it used to be much better at this KFC. Perhaps they were just having an off night. I also wish they would reopen the dining area since I'm vaccinated.
. The extra crispy have too much flour! The drumsticks have a lot of broken bones! Very slow service. I won't recommend this branch to anybody. Book a table now
