Drive-thru for a&w. Was instructed to pull around to space number four and wait for my food even though there was no one else at the restaurant. Took somewhere around 20 minutes to get the food. Burger was cold, onion rings were not fresh. I had requested mayonnaise. Remember me, I'm the mayonnaise guy. Young male went back in to get the mayonnaise and took his sweet time doing it. People working at this establishment do not take their job seriously at all which is why there is so many poor reviews at this location. I feel like the manager should be responsible and I would very much like to talk to that person and ask them why they have so many ineffective employees. Seriously people, it's f...

I had given up on this location about 2 years ago. The other day I was in the neighborhood and was craving chicken. I went through the drive through. I got the 8 pc spicy wing meal. Got fries and a drink all less than $10. My last experience was receiving dry as dust wings for delivery. They seemed so dry like they sat under a heat lamp all day. Well, that was then. The 8 piece wings I got were huge! Crispy, hot, juicy. They were fresh! The fries were too! I was impressed. Now its a week later. Raining. Thought I would order delivery from grub hub and ordered the same thing. Delivery came and it was the same! Hot, crispy and juicy. Did you get a new franchise owner or manager? What happened?...

The employees at the drive-thru were clearly untrained, repeatedly asking if I was ready to order even though there was no one behind me. When I finally received my drink, it was only filled to about 75% of its capacity. I spent $24 on a meal and a side, waited for 10 minutes in the parking lot, and then had to go inside to collect the rest of my food. This experience was absolutely unacceptable, and I would not recommend spending your money at this establishment.

Just like any other KFC location, the chicken here is Finger Lickin' Good. The service was average. I decided to "Shake up My Meal" by adding a vanilla milkshake, but they gave it to me before the rest of the meal, making it more of a vanilla flavored drink. I'll cut the employee some slack since it's probably their first job (they looked around 18). Overall, I'll definitely come back since I live only 5 minutes away and I love chicken...and I'm a bit lazy. Book a table now

I've experienced cold chicken from this place far too many times, which is really disappointing. The last time I went through the drive-thru, the staff member asked me what I needed help with no less than seven times, even after I mentioned I just needed a moment. He spent most of the time trying to talk to me while I was trying to have a conversation with my child. To top it off, he said, "Well, the timer's going off." Such a lack of professionalism.

We arrived at the restaurant and discovered they were low on chicken, which meant we had to wait 15 minutes. It wasn't a major issue for us. The waitress was incredibly friendly and even treated us to four complimentary drinks and a chocolate cake. Noticing a tattoo of "Ben" on her arm, we playfully nicknamed her Ben. I think she’s in training to become an assistant manager—wishing her the best of luck!

Ordered told they only accepted exact amount or credit card. Short 2 cents. Used credit card. Got food, no receipt. Huge sign saying if I didn't get a receipt the food was free. Told employee, asked for refund. Told to park and wait while he took care oflong line at counter and then processed refund which would take an additional 15 min. Employees set up to fail by FUBARMANAGEMENT!

On more than one occasion, they could not make change. Also, on more than one occasion, it was 25 to 30 minutes before they could make the food I ordered. I avoid coming here because of the past problems. I decided to come again and it was another 25 to 30 minutes before they could offer me dark meat for my meal. This is ridiculous. This place needs to be sold. Book a table now

Worst customer service and the food is absolutely terrible at this location. Staff here is rude and pushy, also careless. They almost had me drive away without paying before I reminded them I hadn't paid yet.
