Last night at 8:30 PM, I stopped by the drive-through of a restaurant to order chicken gizzards and chicken livers, but they were out of stock. I then tried to get chicken tenders, but unfortunately, they were also unavailable. The only option remaining was chicken breasts. This experience was frustrating and highlights the ongoing poor service we've encountered at this KFC location in Troy. It's not surprising to see that they're currently looking for new management on Indeed, as our experiences have consistently been disappointing.
We visited KFC on a Sunday for a family dinner. The door was open, so we went inside, but we waited at the counter for a while without any acknowledgment from the staff. When we finally called out, they told us it was drive-thru only and claimed they had informed us three times. That wasn’t true, and there was no sign on the door or window indicating it was drive-thru only. Very disappointing experience, especially when we wanted to check the menu inside.
Although the doors are open, don’t expect to dine in! A sign on the door states that they are open only for carry-out and mobile app pickups, but everyone is directed to use the drive-thru instead. The line is incredibly long. It seems like the issue might be a shortage of staff, as there is a sign indicating they are hiring.
We went inside and waited in line for over ten minutes, but no one attended to us. The staff stayed behind the counter serving only the drive-thru customers, I guess. There were about six other people in line as well. We ended up leaving and went somewhere else because this is unacceptable.

Will this place ever go out of business? Just curious. This isn't a bash on this particular restaurant it's just like enough already with constant gross chicken joints on every corner. Just go support local there's much better stuff out there.
This is one of the rare KFC buffets I've come across. Unfortunately, the buffet area was closed during my visit, but I have enjoyed their buffet before. The food was tasty, the service was exceptional, and the restaurant was well-maintained.
My biscuits were totally undercooked; I had to send them back. They were pale and flat, and I'm sure the staff realized they weren't ready when they took them out of the oven and put them in my bag!
The restaurant is always clean, and the service is excellent—staff greet you with big smiles and are quick to attend to your needs.

The food at KFC is simply unbeatable! It's always delicious. As for accessibility, the restaurant is wheelchair friendly.
