I just wanted to write to commend Lynaia for her hard work. I ended up going inside after the drive through due to a long wait- and I found that Lynaia was doing all the work herself while several other employees were goofing off in a room near the front counter. I tried to tell her how annoying it must be that they were not helping her, and she didn't seem to mind at all. She just ran around on her own, helping people at the front register, in the drive through, and then running to the back to cook and put together the orders. I was so impressed with her attitude handling all that work and I guess it was a good reminder that while it might have at first felt like I was getting bad service,...
I was informed by a manager that this particular branch serves as a training location. If this is true, one would expect to find top-notch managers and trainers teaching employees the proper way of running things. Unfortunately, that does not seem to be the case. The last few times we have ordered chicken from this restaurant, the quality has been consistently poor. This most recent experience was the final straw, as the food was completely burnt. In my opinion, they should consider closing this location.
The food was terrible, the bread seemed stale, and the service was slow - even the manager was sitting in their car. This was my third visit in a row and it seems to be getting worse each time. It's disappointing to see employees wasting time in their cars instead of attending to customers. The restaurant's interior is also very dirty. It's a shame because the location is in a prime spot in Bel Air and should have plenty of customers.
Ordered a bucket of their extra crispy chicken for pickup and had 2 problems. #1 the mobile app says to go inside to pickup. Problem was they had the door closed. Ended up going through the drive thru. #2. I got a bucket of mixed chicken. 75% original recipe and 25% crispy. Didn't think I needed to check, so I didn't know till I got home. Now I feel like I have to treat KFC like a small child in the future.

The food was tasty, although a bit salty for my liking. The staff at the drive-thru window provided excellent service, even offering complimentary sauce without charging the usual 50 cents. This attention to customer satisfaction earned them a 5-star rating. We opted for the drive-thru option, but the restaurant appears to be well-located with ample seating inside.
They never really have chicken, you ask for wings they don’t have none, you ask for legs they don’t have none, you want crispy they don’t have it, if you not gonna have chicken why are you open like seriously everytime I go they never have what I want and I don’t understand why.
Why haven't they gone out of business？？？Is this a chain brand and the food and the service? The chicken had been cooked overnight and fried so many times that it took too long to wait. I won't be back for sure.
Only person in line, waited 5 minutes to b greeted. Only to find out no chicken pot pies. Left chicken pot pie was the only reason to b there.

Very friendly service but chicken is either burnt or was put back in the fryer, and biscuit is like a rock.Really disappointed.
Staff was extremely kind.This location is what KFC is about.
