Having recently relocated to the area, I was thrilled with my inaugural visit to this KFC. I had placed an online order for pick-up the following day, but unfortunately, it got canceled. However, when I explained the situation to the staff at the counter, they promptly assisted me and recreated my order. The food was fantastic! I was especially impressed by the polite and professional service from the young man at the counter. He greeted each customer with a smile and handled everything efficiently. Excellent job! I will definitely be coming back.
I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. They forgot to include my side dishes, so I had to drive back 10 minutes to retrieve them. There was no apology or offer to make it right, like giving me a free dessert or a discount coupon for my next visit.
I ordered a crispy chicken deal from the Rockaway location. The chicken was hard and dry! When I contact the Manager she was rude and this was a delivery and she gave me a very hard time.! I will never place another order with this location again!
I had the pleasure of being served by a delightful man named David at the restaurant. He was friendly and had a great sense of humor, and I was genuinely impressed by his service. He certainly deserves a raise and is a valuable asset to the team.

Disappointing to say the least. Waited outside the RockawayKFC at opening time 10:30 till 11:00 today, not a single person at work. Phoned 3 times, no answer. This KFC is clearly not interested in making money or serving customers.
We ordered a 12-piece family dinner. The mashed potatoes were overly brown, the biscuits were hard as rocks, and the chicken was overcooked. The coleslaw was decent, but overall, it was not worth the money we spent.
Kai is the best! After I order my food I had seen how nice he is to all the other customers! I see he works so hard and wants to be there. I think he needs a raise for how nice he is!
A picture is worth a thousand words. Perhaps you received a subpar portion, but why would the restaurant serve such poor quality chicken? It baffles me.
