The restaurant received negative feedback due to the poor service and lack of communication. Customers had to wait over 30 minutes to place an order, only to be informed by one staff member that they were short-staffed and only operating through the drive-thru. This was frustrating for the six customers waiting. The restaurant needs better supervision and management. Additionally, some customers found the chicken to be too salty.
Unfortunately, I waited almost 20 minutes before someone took my order at this restaurant. Even after that, I still did not receive the service I needed. I ended up leaving that day, maybe I will try again another day. It was just bad timing and bad service.
I highly recommend trying the famous bowl at this restaurant, as it is absolutely delicious. The service is also very fast, and the food is always tasty. I have never had a negative experience dining here.
Why bother bringing back Taco Bell if they're not going to serve the full menu? They don't even have the best items. I'll just drive to Stoughton instead!
