Absolute clowns took the order made me sit in the car after drive thru and wait 25 mins, when approaching them where’s my food, was greeted by a Asian guy who couldn’t speak english, who introduced the manager where’s Wally!! It is a scandal, how poor the service was and the lame excuse how this manager was so rude and abrupt. How these people are given jobs and franchises is beyond me, I won’t be using this place again to make it more insulting she was blaming the poor autistic boy, who told her the order had been waiting
Just had a meal delivered it arrived half an hour late so as you might guess it was stone cold. Phoned KFC and was told not their problem as it was out with the driver very poor customer care when the food did arrive I asked the driver why he was late. The driver could not speak English or that’s what he made out so no good talking to him all in all very poor service from KFC and just eat they won’t be getting any more orders from me.
Terrible service. The staff had no customer service skills and prioritized Just Eat orders over in-person customers. The food was carelessly placed on the counter by a rude employee. It seems like this restaurant either changed ownership or hired staff with poor English and lacking personality. The floors were dirty and the bins in the parking lot were overflowing. I would recommend avoiding this place.
Delivery service from KFC using Uber eats has been fine. Unfortunately tonight the delivery driver (Constantin) marked food as delivered despite me sitting outside by the front door under the CCTV.. informed KFC .. not really interested..just referred me to UBER app which just shows it as delivered. I have lost my money but they have lost a regular customer... Think twice before placing order

This place is an absolute joke. This is the second time I have ordered a just eat delivery and it’s the second time it been missing items. The reason I order for delivery is obviously I don’t want to drive down there, but on both occasions I have found myself getting in the car to go and sort it out. I suppose if you pay peanuts you get monkeys.
I am not happy. I spent £4 on **** cookies and guess what? I NEVER GOT THEM!! we payed and we never got a refund. This really is the bourgeoise exploiting the proletariat!! THAT WAS MY BUS MONEY AND I NEVER GOT HOME! im still outside kfc to this day!
Second visit to nuneaton. Krispy white chicken pieces. Thats what its all about.Tried Kfc hinckley and Leicester no where near this quality. Staff were welcoming thats a bonus in the modern fast food world.
Today's visit to the restaurant was a complete disaster. The buns were overflowing, making it impossible to dispose of our garbage properly. Additionally, all the tables were dirty.

I went to pick up an online order at this restaurant, but they refused to fulfill it even though I had already paid. The manager completely dismissed me.
The Food came cquick and it was really Hot! It's not expensive and really Tasty! Don't have why I should complain for! Everything was just fine!!
