I had been craving a chicken sandwich for 2 weeks and finally decided to get one. What a mistake that was. I usually check my sandwiches before taking a bite, but this time it was different. I ordered a 12-piece dinner, expecting to receive 3 chicken breasts as specified on the receipt and menu. However, there were no breasts included in the meal. This was disappointing as some members of my family only eat white meat. Additionally, the chicken was old, burnt, and tough. The sides, labeled as "large," were actually very small. This experience left me feeling unsatisfied and let down by KFC. I had previously recommended this location, but now I am embarrassed by my endorsement.
We ordered 125 pieces of chicken from this restaurant for our daughter's Open House graduation party. The chicken was absolutely delicious and everyone at the party raved about how juicy it was. Tahnia arrived early to prepare the food for us and was incredibly helpful from the moment we placed our order to the day we picked it up. We will definitely be relying on this restaurant and Tahnia for our future party needs.
