Service was great!!!! The young lady at the drive thru was excellent! The food on the other hand was horrible it was cold they messed up my order I couldn’t the chicken taste like it was old potatoes and gravy we’re disgusting everything was terrible! Even the drinks ordered 2 Sweet teas and they weren’t even sweet. Such a disappointment if I could get my money back I definitely would. The only reason I gave the service 5 stars is because of the young lady working the drive thru if not I would’ve given 0 to 1 star all the way across Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1
Knew most fast food places are ranked poorly on Yelp, but yeah, it's for a reason. Going through the drive thru, we realized that the cashier didn't give us a receipt. Worse, they didn't give us any KFC sauce or our medium fries, the reason why we went to KFC in the first place. And scanning through the reviews, this (getting orders wrong) seems like a pretty common occurrence. Strongly recommend checking your order before you accept it. Their customer service is lacking, to say it nicely.
I went to this restaurant for dinner. I waited for 30 minutes to receive undercooked biscuits. Their drive-thru service is prioritized over counter customers, phone orders, or DoorDash deliveries. The customer service was terrible, and I will not be eating here again. Additionally, they did not provide me with a receipt. Can I get a refund?
The best thing KFC ever introduced was Nashville Hot Taste. Once you try, you're hooked. But it is really hard to find the taste (not available in many places) and I think they have taken it from their menu recently. If ever go to KFC, this taste is a must try.

Every time i have to pick up a order to go. They fail to have it ready on time. Wish they will have to order ready wen they promise they will have. Don't order food here togo or delivery, don't do it...
