I want to caution anyone considering parking in this area. There is someone who will lock their car and insist on a payment of $200 from anyone who parks there, unless they can show proof of a purchase from nearby businesses. They requested that I transfer the money to their personal account, which I refused. I’m not sure if their actions are legal or ethical, but their demeanor was extremely rude. $200 is a considerable sum, and it’s definitely better spent elsewhere than on this individual’s demands.

that's a place to go. they have a privatized partie to avoid that the people there need for a sick house, the valet and paid parking. this area is so wrong. I hope the city closes this strip and makes it a parking lot for the sick house.
