I just got my KFC order via UberEats, and it was completely incorrect. I had ordered three chicken sandwiches and two Chicken Littles with fries, but instead, I received a box of chicken. As soon as it was handed to me, I knew it wasn’t my order, but the driver wasn’t able to assist with the error. I understand busy times happen, but accurate order fulfillment is crucial, especially since we pay extra when ordering through services like DoorDash and UberEats.
the first time that the worst fried chicken of kfc, it was over fried, hard and chew, and not the sweet tee that was ordered with it. Guess this place will never improve, for 8pcs drums and upper legs ordered and get breast also in it, top of it they throw the cookies on top without box and above it the coleslaw salat. it is better to report this to hq.
The drinks they offer are basically just water, the staff is unfriendly, and all the chicken was undercooked. The large fries were mixed in with the small ones, and everything was terrible except for the mac and cheese, which was the only edible part of the meal.

Fantastic service! There was no food left, so we took a 10-minute trip to enjoy the eight tender chickens.
The food is ok. Staff is generally nice. They don't provide receipts regularly or straws in the bag.
