Here’s what happened: We placed our order and paid at the window. When we received our drinks, I noticed there was no ice. I asked if ice was available, and they said no. That’s fine, but it would have been helpful to know beforehand, as I would have chosen not to order a drink if I had known.

The restaurant seems to prioritize the drive-thru and delivery drivers over their dine-in customers. I observed at least four drivers and numerous drive-thru orders being fulfilled before anyone acknowledged my presence as I waited for my online order. Once I finally received my order, I discovered that my biscuits were missing and had to return to get them. By the time I got home and started to plate the food, I found that, despite ordering an 8-piece variety, I only received a bucket of dark meat. they mistakes my order and gave me another bag and when they gave me the “right bag” my food was not in there. they argued on the phone saying they did when they did NOT 0/10 do no recommend i will not be wasting my money there again it was too expensive for the food and service. the food they did give me was horrendous. like i said 0/10
The woman at the counter was rude when my gift card didn’t work; she questioned how else I would be paying. Fortunately, the guy who ultimately assisted me was kind and helped resolve the issue without making me feel like it was my fault.

I was served the wrong side dishes and the staff was rude. I will never return to this restaurant! Although the sign says they close at 9 PM, they locked the doors before 8 PM!
I really appreciate that I can place a mobile order on my way home, and it's always ready in no time. The staff is consistently friendly, and of course, the food is fantastic.
The wings were a bit too crispy for my liking, and it was frustrating to have to ask for napkins—or sometimes not receive any at all.
A nice place to hang and relax with friends or alone. I love how cozy the place was.
