I heard of kfc in newton ks again hope to finally get the service and the quality I expected from kfc. again I drove disappointed away trying to order a 12-part meal extra crispy legs and upper leg and was said that was a special order only because it was not on the menu board and for special orders I needed to go home and order online and come back in forty minutes. now there is an 8 piece legs and thighs on the menu board, so I think I would have ordered 2 of those without a special order I have 20 years in resturant management including many years for yum brand food, the kfc heard I have never seen a business work so hard to customers and there money drive away than this restaurator they...
They use Covid as an excuse to give just okay food and your order is never correct. I’ll just drive to Wichita for decent chicken from Popeyes than put up with this location. Order extra crispy chicken family bucket last night and when got home found it was original chicken and no paper linings in the bucket to help with grease. The chicken on the bottom was sitting in 3/16 to 1/4 of grease. I’m just done with the sloppy messes there and doing what ever they please with paying customers.
If I could give this dump 0 stars I would. What a absolute joke waited nearly 30 min for a 2pc combo order then while waiting looking around at how filthy and nasty this place is. Had them refund my food be because apparently that was to hard of a order for them to complete. Any manager that'll let the restaurant get that far out of line should be fired immediately. I'd hate to see what the insides of their homes look like. Don't waste your money on this disorganized disgusting place.
I had to wait for fresh fries, but at least they didn't give me bad fries, which is very respectable. The fresh, hot, spicy Nashville hot chicken deals, smashed potatoes, biscuits, and fries were all delicious. To top it off, I enjoyed an ice-cold Mountain Dew Sweet Lightning, putting me in a really good place. The staff here are attentive, kind, and communicative, doing the right thing.

I was served cold corn straight out of the can and burnt chicken at this restaurant. The biscuits are always stale and hard, making them difficult to bite into. Overall, the quality of this place has significantly declined.
All of my food was present except for the sauce for the chicken tenders. Everything was tasty except for the French fries, which were stale and overly salty. I couldn't eat them and had to discard them.
The food was served fresh and hot, and we were pleasantly surprised by the good service we received. It can be difficult to find such excellent service in this area.

The oil from the hot sauce made a layer on top that was a little intense. Once mixed it was great.
