No one was wearing masks, except for one person who had it on his chin. An older gentleman even picked his nose and then went straight back to preparing food! I had to correct them on my order since they made it twice, and when I got home, I found out that the extra crispy I requested was only half of what I received; the other half was the original recipe. I won't be returning.
Over priced for chicken. Ordered the 3 meal combo. One drumstick and two thighs..that were so small I thought they may have come from a pigeon or some other small bird. Chicken was over cooked. Not going back.
KFC has definitely declined. Portions are smaller and prices are higher. Over the past two years, the staff often gets my orders wrong. I'm looking for a better place to get chicken to-go. Any recommendations?
We've always been fans of KFC; we enjoy their flavorful meals! However, today, five of us ordered $56 worth of buckets, but the chicken was so dry that none of us could eat it. We won't be ordering again. Book a table now
The chicken is still great, but everything else is disappointing. I ordered a cookie expecting it to be fresh-baked, but it was tiny and tasted terrible. Do yourself a favor and skip the cookie.
The cookie I ordered was not fresh and tasted rough. I do not recommend buying any cookies from this place. Everything else except for the cookie was still good.
Must be shorthanded with staff...they only are doing call in and drive thru orders...and they were not particularly pleasant about it when we walked in.
I understand the food quality depends on the workers. Three stars because the 30 piece feast wasn't quite good and up the standard set by other KFC's Book a table now
Horrible service!!! Not only one time. I guess either they are unhappy with their pay or they hired a lot of unhappy, madness people.
