We called to request a refund for the missing item and were told we needed to return to the restaurant to get it. It was a bit frustrating—not because of their response, but because it meant another hour-long drive back, and they would be closing in just 30 minutes. At that moment, I was so upset that I felt like I could take care of my 11-year-old. Despite my frustration, we made the trip back. Anyone who complains about loud noises in the back or advises you to always double-check your order is likely someone who can’t handle a little chaos or takes things too personally. This place is actually fantastic! The food is delicious, the staff is wonderful, and overall, it’s a great experience. Keep up the good work!
