I'm giving 2 stars for the amazing service from the young lady at the pick up window. Everything else was NOT good at all.I went through the drive through this evening and ordered a 5 tenders basket, plus 2 biscuits and small fries on the side. When I got to my kids dance class to feed them, I discovered that the tenders felt, tasted, and smelled like old frozen FISH STICKS. The fries were either so hard and stale that they snapped in half, or soggy, still frozen and undercooked.Waste of money and time because I had to go and buy food from somewhere else to feed the little ones.
I had a terrible experience with the manager at this restaurant. I requested a refund for a $50 order because everything we received was burnt. When I explained that we lived in Pleasant Hill and couldn’t return to Lee's Summit, he refused to issue a refund. He even hung up on me and my mother when we called to follow up. This manager clearly lacks maturity and professionalism. They should hire someone who truly understands how to provide proper customer service.
I ordered a two-piece meal with wings and breast, but instead received a large wing and a thigh, with no breast at all. The entire experience was disappointing. The service was terrible, and overall, it was not a good experience.
Cost me about 45 bucks for a family meal with two sides. They didn't include the sides and even after calling customer service they did nothing. I could get better chicken at the grocery store for 1/4 the price.

The chicken was okay, but my Sprite had a strange medicinal taste, and I didn’t receive any honey or butter for my biscuit. Others at the table received those extras without having to ask.
Specifically asked for extra sauce/seasonings on the Nashville hot chicken meal, didn't get it. Also ordered 2 5 piece meals and got 2 3 piece meals.
I tried the Beyond Chicken. It was delicious. Good job. The drive thru line was long, but went very quick. Overall a good experience.
Orderes Original.chicken. it was hard and greasy. Biscuits were hard. Coleslaw was awesome. Potatoes watery. Gravy good.
