A few years back, this restaurant was managed exceptionally well. The staff frequently went above and beyond, even offering extra food if a meal took too long to arrive. I really appreciated that level of service and became a loyal patron. Unfortunately, my experience has since deteriorated. About a year ago, I visited with a meal voucher, and when I tried to select a side dish, the staff rudely insisted that I had to have coleslaw. While I don't have anything against coleslaw, I’m not particularly fond of it, and it seems strange to mandate that over options like potato wedges or mac and cheese. I decided to give this KFC another chance after the last bad experience there. Bad decesion.I ordered the 8 piece dark meat and out of the 8 pieces they gave me 2 were chicken breasts and 2 were wings which are white meat and no drumsticks. Drumsticks are my favorite, and is the main reason I get the 8 piece dark meat. How did they mess that order up? They work at KFC you would figure they know Chicken breast and wings are white meat. Is there any training going on at all? I won't be giving this place a 3rd try.
The restroom was unpleasantly dirty, and I noticed several customers leaving because the cashier was too busy chatting in the back to take any orders. Our order was incomplete, and when we asked for honey, it appeared to be a hassle for him; he just threw it over the counter instead of passing it to us politely. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I don’t plan to come back.
One unfortunate individual was managing the entire restaurant on a Saturday night. The food wasn’t fresh, and I ended up having to throw away the chicken. They locked the dining room doors at 4:30 PM and turned away anyone who tried to come in through the side door, claiming they couldn’t dine in. This place really needs some assistance because it has seriously declined.

I tried to eat at this restaurant and pulled into the drive-thru, noticing I was the only car there, although three others were parked. A staff member came on the intercom and told me it would take some time to take my order. When I asked how long "some time" would be, they said it would be at least 10 minutes. This was during lunchtime! What on earth?!
I was the only one in line, but my experience was disappointing. Everything was cold, and there was way too much mayo, which was quite unappetizing. I even had to remind them of my order. Overall, it was a terrible experience with poor service. I wouldn't recommend it!
I would recommend avoiding this place. The food is terrible, and the staff is rude. It's clear that they don't want customers there since they seem to dislike their jobs. We ended up going across the street to Burgim, and it was fantastic!
Food here is always dry and seems like it’s been sitting on the warmer for ages. Sawmill Rd KFC location is more consistent in food quality.
