I really like their extra crispy options. They can be a bit greasy, but it’s not too bad if you treat yourself every now and then. However, I found the staff to be not very friendly. When I asked for clarification about a menu item, they seemed dismissive. Also, the cashier ate something in the kitchen without washing her hands before coming back to help me, which was quite unappealing.
The staff at this KFC were very rude, and the restaurant was dirty. I noticed employees handling food while mopping at the same time without changing gloves. I wouldn’t eat here due to the unpleasant atmosphere and lack of hygiene. (I picked up food here for delivery.)
Great food and service. The soda was tasty, and the entire restaurant, including the bathrooms, was spotless and spacious—much better than the Commack location. I'll be coming to this branch from now on!
I love dining at KFC, but the prices have risen to the point where I'm hesitant to go there anymore. It’s honestly quite costly. Book a table now
