The food was fantastic, but there’s one thing that really bothers me. When you're spending good money and prices are already high, it’s frustrating to ask for something as simple as extra honey and hear that someone has already put it in the bag. I had to get out of my car, go inside, and request extra honey, and when I did, the employee gave me a frustrated look and only handed me three packs. Maybe it’s just me and my family, but we like to put honey on our biscuits and chicken. It seems like people forget that we, as customers, are the ones actually paying for this, and it's really rude to act that way.
I've never really liked this KFC but today I came here to get door dash and they said they couldn't fill the order bc they were closing, not closed but closing I was here at about 7:45 they suppose to be open until 8. They said the order didn't show up on their screen HOW CONVENIENT for them. I'll be calling their corporate headquarters tomorrow about this bc they messed with my money this time not my food
A week ago, I visited this restaurant with my family and we ordered a few meals for lunch. The food arrived quickly and tasted great. However, one of the managers—if I remember correctly, her name was Christy—was very disrespectful to me. I tried to get her attention because one of my biscuits was missing, and she told me, “If you have a problem, you can go to Popeyes.” I certainly don’t plan on returning.
The food was decent, though a bit pricey. The service was pleasant but quite slow, especially for a completely empty Tuesday night. The floors were very dirty, and I couldn’t find a single table that wasn’t covered in crumbs.
As for parking, there were plenty of convenient spots available for both regular and disabled parking, but the steep entrance might be challenging for low-clearance vehicles.

Food was good but even with a mobile order I had to wait over 30 minutes for my food! It’s this was every time I dunno why they can’t get some help in there or something. Floors were wet with puddles from the snow and they had an open face propane head on a tank inside the restaurant!
Service was terrible! Pre ordered the food and still had to wait until they finished the order! No ice in the soda machine!!!
Not only forgot my drink but the biscuits And potatoes were really old. Terrible.
The service was excellent, and the dining experience was enjoyable.
