Bought 12 pieces family meal worth $35 including tax and I felt rob with chickens, sides and biscuit that I got. It's all trash! Especially the chicken that is dark brown that seems to be reheated and deep back in an old over-used oil, too oily when I got it, I'm 100% sure they just drop it back to their overused oil and served it without even dripping it. Biscuit is old and hard. Sides mash potato that I didnt ordered cause I order just gravy is nasty and too salty. French fries old with a nasty oily taste. I didn’t have the awful experience that others have reported here, so check out their reviews. I’ve visited the drive-thru a couple of times, and it feels like a pretty average KFC. The staff isn't particularly friendly, but they are a bit more accommodating than simply tolerating customers. Overall, this location is definitely better than the one on 28th Street near Food Smart, which I reviewed earlier today.
I have not had the terrible experience that others seem to have here, have reviewed the other reviews, but I have gone through the trip thru once or twice and it seems like a very average / medium class kfc. the personal is not particularly friendly, but they do something better than just tolerate the customers. this place is definitely better than the 28th? road near food smart, which I checked today.
Terrible experience on September 29, 2022. They locked the door on a family with a disabled member. This restaurant seems determined to drive away customers. We were left outside for over 30 minutes after we had already paid our bill. The manager and the staff need to be replaced immediately, or this place should just close down before something worse happens! Book a table now
In the past, I've had some of the worst service at this location, but something must have changed because I had the best experience today. I went through the drive-thru and was in and out in about a minute and a half with my order being correct and fresh. The woman at the window was impressively fast and professional.
the worst 29. september 2022 they closed the door on a disabled family. this place attempts to leave customers. over 30 minutes after payment left. the manager and all have to be fired or just close it before bad things happen!
The staff is unfriendly, and the chicken is often overcooked. They become annoyed if you try to order off the menu. If you decide to go inside, be prepared to wait for a long time.
