The service I experienced was quite disappointing. The staff appeared to be struggling to manage both the drive-thru and the counter at the same time. While my meal arrived quickly, I had to wait an additional 2 to 3 minutes for my drink. I resonate with others who have mentioned the unhelpful attitude of the workers, which is what motivated me to share this review. In fact, this is only the third or fourth review I've ever written.
I had a disappointing experience at KFC. The service was lacking, and the chicken was dry. One employee was handling both the drive-thru and the counter, which didn’t work well. Although my meal came quickly, I had to wait 2 to 3 minutes for my drink. I agree with other reviews—the staff’s attitude really influenced my decision to write this, and this is only the third or fourth review I’ve ever written!
Poor customer service. i asked if restrooms were available not even acknowledged what so ever .asked again for the benefit of the doubt . She said im doing an order sir . I said is just a yes or a no wow KFC good luck . Imagine you eating that food with that energy not me at all. And people that do buy there don't read reviews . At all!!!
