The staff were extremely rude. The short manager wearing glasses showed a total lack of courtesy. When I was 75 cents short, she refused to help and insisted I only had £4.95, then carelessly dropped my change out the window. Although the food is good, the management is completely unacceptable.
The food was disappointing and overpriced for the small portions we received. By the time our order arrived, the food was cold. This is not the best chicken, and I won’t be returning. The service was slow and very poor.
The food was good, and the cashier was very friendly and helpful. I would have given 5 stars if the back-of-house staff had been more welcoming.
