I had the worst experience at KFC. The staff was incredibly rude, and my chicken tenders were old, looking like they had just been reheated in the oil. The gravy on my mashed potatoes was completely congealed. I was instructed to pull up and ended up waiting for 15 minutes. When the employee finally brought my food, she was chatting on her personal cell phone and didn’t apologize for the wait or acknowledge us at all. I strongly advise against dining here. The staff was unfriendly and seemed annoyed by my presence, as if I was interrupting their personal phone call. I waited 20 minutes for my order, only to have them come out, chatting on their cell phone, toss my food at me, and return to their conversation without a second thought. After discovering that some items were missing from my order, I had to circle back around, and when they handed me the missing items, they slammed the window shut and offered no apology. When they finally opened the bag, they found that there were no ketchup, jelly, or utensils included. My husband went back to inquire about these missing items, and the woman began insulting him, assuming he didn’t understand. To make matters worse, when they opened the chicken sandwich, all there was was bread, chicken, and sauce—seriously?
This is unacceptable! KFC needs to train their staff better; they should treat customers with respect. I will be reporting this experience everywhere. This is not the KFC I used to enjoy. Save your money and don’t support this business.
This KFC raised the bar in an unexpected way. They added an extra dollar to my $13.19 order, bringing it to $14.19. When I asked about it at the drive-thru, the manager just laughed. The receipt indicates that a $1 donation was included, but I didn't receive the cookies that usually come with the KFC bowl. I was told they stopped including those a month ago. Be cautious if you visit this location.

I was informed that they ran out of chicken tenders, so I ordered regular bone-in chicken instead. However, they then decided to serve chicken tenders after all. It felt like I was getting the runaround with my chicken order. Plus, I didn’t receive a receipt. The 5-piece Nashville tenders ended up being only 4 pieces, and the family crispy chicken was soggy.
I was told to move forward to wait for my fries, but I noticed that everyone behind me was being served first. After a long wait, a lady finally brought my order, which included cold fries. The staff seems to be missing the mark on service—definitely won't be returning!
I was disappointed that they didn't have the extra crispy option, so I ended up ordering the original. Unfortunately, the bread was soggy, and I really wish I could have just enjoyed a nicely roasted chicken again.
The restaurant rarely seems to be open, and when they do serve food, they overcrowd the fryer with chicken. This leads to the chicken tasting greasy rather than properly fried.
