I placed my order through the app, which was very glitchy. When I arrived, I had to wait at least 5 minutes to order even though there was only one other car ahead of me. The woman at the window was quite rude. They require a photo ID to pick up mobile orders due to previous mix-ups, but this wasn’t mentioned in the app. Since I live just a short distance away and had already paid, I didn’t bring my wallet. The woman then lectured me for not having my ID. The staff here are consistently unfriendly. I recommend driving a few extra miles to the location near the Orange Mall.
Wow! You have to try the Donut Chicken Sandwich at KFC. I was genuinely surprised by how delicious it is! The price is reasonable, just like other items on the menu. It's not something you'd want to have every day since it's quite rich and heavy with glaze, plus it's packed with calories. But it was absolutely tasty! It came with a side of potato wedges and a drink. Seriously, wow! What a fantastic addition to KFC's menu!
The older lady working the drive through was extremely rude and had a lot of attitude. Horrible customer service would not recommend eating here. Was asked to show my ID after giving my name and order number also after showing them my phone with theorder on the app.
My son nearly chipped a tooth on your fries. We ordered three combos, and the fries were stale and so overcooked that some were as hard as rocks. Additionally, the woman at the window was very impatient and rude. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Absolutely terrible experience. The manager clearly lacks customer service skills and should be replaced. Consider yourself lucky I’m not confrontational. Improve your training and do your job properly.
I placed my order using the app, and when I got there, my food was ready for pickup. I was pleasantly surprised by how fresh and warm the cookies were! A big thank you to the chef for that!
