I enjoy KFC, as I’m sure many others do. However, this location tends to be hit or miss. The drink machine often malfunctions, or they run out of ice, and who wants a drink without ice? Overall, the food is good, but I highly recommend ordering in person. If you choose to order through the app, it’s best to pick it up yourself. I’ve noticed that the food quality can be inconsistent; sometimes the chicken is overcooked, and orders placed through apps like Uber Eats or Grubhub are often incorrect. Decided to try something different today 7/31. Haven't had KFC for almost 20 years. Worst decision ever. Got the combo mix with 3 piece chicken, 2 sides and biscuit with a drink. Good price for the combo. The chicken itself was absolutely disgusting. The fries were over burnt. The mashed potatoes I didn't even bother to open from looking at the hot mess inside.Even the soda I had gotten was extremely watered down.This business needs to close down completely across the nation. Hands down the worst meal I have ever ordered from Uber eats.
Wow, the young man with the mustache was very rude. I didn't even ask him about my mobile order, but he seemed annoyed and said something like, "I'm not doing your mobile order, lol, that's crazy." The other lady was a little rude, but she helped me with everything for my mobile order. I appreciate it.
I just visited this restaurant and ordered a famous bowl. I understand it’s late at night, but the food shouldn’t taste like old oil. It was so unappetizing that I couldn’t finish it. They really need to improve this place. Also, the lemonade machine still isn’t working properly since reopening.

I just ordered through Grubhub, and it completely ruined my experience. They charged me incorrectly, sent me less food than I ordered, and got the drinks wrong as well. I couldn't even reach them by phone for help. Even the person in charge admitted that they were a mess.

I received the wrong order at this restaurant. The food was terrible - it was overly salty and the chicken pieces were small and misshapen. The restaurant should be embarrassed by the quality of their food.
