Waited 20 minutes as I watched the staff do nothing, The customer ahead of me was very upset that she had been waiting 25 minutes and she had to go back to work. She asked for a refund and waited for several minutes without being helped. She finallyleft without the food or the refund. I didn't get my food for another 5 minutes . Very Poor service. I won't be returninghere, they don't deserve my business.
Not good service ever. The people hand you food card and drink at same time like you have 10 hands, give you wrong items after they repeat themselves, and don't even look at you but like texting and talking to staff while a customer sits there asking questions at the window. Don't recommend at all.
Great dining experience! The staff was friendly and efficient. It seems like they are really working well together. I've been here before, and the team didn't seem to click as much back then. However, this young group seems genuinely passionate about their jobs.

Everytime I am here for lunch there is a female manager that is absolutely disgusting in the way she talks to and berates the employees. Do better, the employees don?t deserve that kind of treatment.
This is a decent KFC located on Cape Street. I usually visit because it's quicker than other options. However, it can get quite crowded during peak hours.
