Sorry if this isn't the correct location in Napanee. Stopped at the Onroute off Hwy 401 westbound for lunch. Worst service, food and manager. The lines were long. Ordered a 4 piece dinner with no wings or thighs and a individual gravy. Hate the wings, no meat just fat and bones, these belong in a stock pot for soup broth. Thighs too greasy and hardly any meat. KFC is not my favourite place to go to, it's gone so far downhill for taste, value and quality. And again they proved this right. Cold fries, 3 wings and 1 breast, despite what I ordered. No individual gravy instead an extra side of cold fries. Returned it. Staff member working arguing that the fries cost as much as three gravy, pointe...
The KFC offers its typical menu items at standard prices with prompt service. The staff is notably friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers. Overall, a very enjoyable dining experience.
