I have to say, it's surprising how inefficient this place is. I've ordered from here four times, and each time they mess up my order. Once again, they sent the wrong soda—never the regular Pepsi I asked for, but diet, cherry, or Mountain Dew instead. They also sometimes forget the side dishes but still charge you for them. It's frustrating because the food is actually quite good. Come on, get it together. It's 4 PM on a Sunday; I seriously doubt they were overwhelmed.
I don’t even know where to begin. I’ve ordered from this restaurant via UberEats twice over the past two weeks, and both times I received the wrong order. Today, I ordered three combos, but only received two, and there were no drinks or sides included. This is completely unacceptable. I really don’t understand what’s going on—it’s just so frustrating. If I could give a zero-star rating, I would.
The chicken sandwich was really good; I would rate it 4 stars. However, the girl at the front was joking around a bit too much, which caused a longer wait than I had anticipated. That was quite frustrating!

The wings and leg had black bones. I ordered the 4-piece meal with breast, wing, leg, and thigh, but I received two thighs instead. This is completely unacceptable. I need a refund as soon as possible.
I sampled the new Beyond nuggets, and they were really tasty! However, I was let down because I didn’t receive any dipping sauces or a biscuit. Instead, I was given seven forks and 100 napkins.
