I dined here tonight, 11/18/22, after work. The young lady who took my order didn't seem to follow it through and acted as if she was just there to collect payment. After waiting 5-10 minutes with no updates, I noticed that the group of men behind me received their orders right away. Thankfully, a young man named Mazu noticed my wait and addressed the issue. He quickly rectified the situation and brought me my order promptly. This man deserves a raise or a promotion for his outstanding customer service!

On October 30, 2022, I had a wonderful experience at KFC. The cashier was incredibly friendly and professional, greeting us with a warm smile. He provided excellent service to my family and me. The menu offered great options that complemented our visit perfectly. Thank you, KFC team, for your exceptional hospitality!
I wish I could give them zero starts they suck . I ordered using Grubhub they cancelled my order so I reorder from doordash 50 minutes later when the driver got to the Resturant they lied and said there was no doordash order refused to make the order and then proceeded to cancel my order ! **** KFC worst store ever

The menu offered a limited selection of extra crispy options, so they had to make do with a semi-original dish. It was tasty, but I really wanted something extra crispy. The trash bins were full, but on the whole, the place was clean. The staff were friendly. Overall, I’d rate the food 4 out of 5.
This is the best KFC I've been to in Jersey. The chicken is always fresh. I used to go to a KFC near by and the oil always tastes like the fry oil hasn't been changed in a while BUT at this location, the staff is fast, friendly and the food tastes great. This is the only location I go to now.
I saw that their extra crispy options were limited, so I opted for half original. The food was delicious, but I really wanted to try the extra crispy version. The trash bins were full, but aside from that, the restaurant was clean. The staff was welcoming and friendly.
Every restaurant we've tried from the state surpasses those in the Bronx. It's unfortunate to say this, but it's the reality. You genuinely care about your customers, which is a refreshing change compared to many restaurant staff in NYC.
