I'm unsure what happened at this location today. I've never had any problems before, but today has been quite frustrating. I ordered a specific meal, and when I reached the drive-thru window, I confirmed my order with the young lady who was working there, and she assured me everything was correct. However, I ended up paying three different prices for my meal because the young man who took my order input it incorrectly and didn't confirm it as is usually the case. At this point, I think I’ll be avoiding this KFC in the future.
I dined there during the 6 PM dinner rush, and unfortunately, everything I tried was old and stale. The biscuit was extremely hard, and the chicken tasted as if it had been from a rundown gas station. It felt like the food had been prepared at least five hours before. Despite the restaurant being busy, I can't understand why the quality was so lacking. I will definitely not be coming back.
I had a fantastic experience with the Side Lover meal! The chicken was perfectly crispy and juicy. I also ordered popcorn chicken because I wasn't sure if eight pieces would be enough, but I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the chicken pieces! I'm really glad I decided to order from here. The only drawback was that they forgot my sauce, but that's my only complaint!
The chicken has been too salty the last two times I ordered. They should have an official from the company come and conduct a quality test. Service: Takeaway.

I only received about 2.5 pieces of chicken in my famous bowl, and it resembled more of a gravy corn soup. I ate it anyway, but you can see my point...
There is a $5 price increase between the 2-piece and 3-piece combos. The cost for a 3-piece tender combo is now $10, compared to just $5 before.
They should include more nuggets in the Famous Bowls, as the nuggets really boost the flavor.
The chicken breast had very little meat on it, which left me feeling quite disappointed.
