This restaurant has made a remarkable turnaround in the past few months. The staff always looks professional, with hats on, shirts tucked in, and name tags displayed. Candice consistently makes my visits enjoyable when I go through the drive-thru. Barbara ensures her team stays busy keeping the store clean, both inside and out. Emily comes across as very efficient; it's clear she’s an excellent manager. Overall, great job, KFC!
The girl at the drive-thru was quite rude. When I placed my order, she didn’t give me a chance to indicate which sides I wanted for the three meals I ordered. When I got to the window, she claimed she didn’t even hear my order for the third meal. I was charged nearly $11 for a three-piece tender meal with two sides. I will NEVER return to this KFC on Keith Street.
This location seems to never get my order right. Any time I go back hoping for a better experience, I get let down. Don’t waste your time here. I did a mobile order and the app stated that my order was ready for pickup.. I go in and they told me that they only had thighs and wings available and no biscuits. Highly disappointed.
Only 2 people working, waited 20 minutes to place an order gave up and went somewhere else. I'm not bashing what employees they have, they are trying best they can. KFC needs to up thier game and pay alittle more for employees. I'll gladly pay the extra if it means I get my chicken some time today. Book a table now
Reading the reviews after my experience and I guess you better count your chicken after they hatch. Ordered the 8 pc and only got 7. Looked closer and maybe just 6.5 which is half a wing to.... well the size of the wing let's go with 6.25. Final answer.
I experienced very poor customer service during my visit. I waited for 30 minutes without anyone acknowledging me, until another customer brought it to their attention. It's quite disappointing and unfortunate.
I ordered a pot pie. It was big chunks of chicken. I had 4 carrots and lots of peas and 3 tiny potatoes. Just a little juice. Good taste and hot, but all chicken. I wanted some veggies. Was really upset.
KFC has went down hill. When we were young we could get food that tasted like food now it has a weird taste like cardboard. Not what it use to be at all. Book a table now
