always out of stuff and the workers here have never heard of good customer service. this is the closest kfc to me and i’ve only ordered from one nice worker. drive thru also always takes forever for someone to even greet you through the speaker and even longer to make your order. you could get a regular side of fries and it’d take 10 mins even tho they’re prob just microwaving old fries. better off going literally anywhere else.
I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could. It is overpriced, the staff is rude, and the food is either overcooked or undercooked. I suggest going to Tom Thumb for better quality and more affordable chicken. Even Albertsons has better chicken at a better price. This location should either close down or make significant changes to their management. The issues here are clearly coming from the top.
if you value your time just drive to a different KFC. Waited over 10 minutes for them to even take my order, then waited for over 20 minutes for our food and then they gave us someone else’s order. Had to wait another 10 minutes for our food to come back. Ordering online doesn’t work either, ordered ahead and still had to wait for 15 minutes.
I always come to this kfc and they never have anything but Wings. I decide to speak with manager today and she was very unprofessional and just kept on saying “hmm”. She advised they stopped cooking at a certain time but you can’t tell me y’all stop cooking at 5pm or at 9pm when y’all close at 10:30 on and only have wings available. Book a table now
I came here around 8:30 and didn't get my food till about 9:16 and when ordered I was told 2 minutes and was told to park out front. She later came to my car asking what I ordered and yet didn't have my food if I could give this experience a 0 that's what it would be. If you want food fast don't order here.
The fries were cold and the chicken was salty, but served warm. The restaurant could do better. Just because it's located in a lower-income area doesn't mean the customers deserve anything less than high-quality food. The staff should take pride in their work and strive for excellence.
They are severely under staffed! We did drive thru and ended up waiting 20 minutes parked for french fries only to learn that they had forgotten about us! This was the second and the last time we have had a negative experience at this Bridge street location.
The food itself is typical fast food, but what really sets this place apart is the wonderful service. The staff who served me and my grandkids last night, September 23rd, around 9 o'clock, were fantastic. Thank you all for making our experience special! Book a table now
