Zion, the shift manager at my local KFC in Cartersville, GA, took the time to listen to my indecision about what to order. When I asked her about the Chicken Pot Pie, she replied honestly, saying, "I really don't like pot pies, but ours is really good!" Based on her candid response, I not only decided to try the pot pie but also ordered the #6 meal because of her warmth and patience. I must say, it was absolutely DELICIOUS! Well worth the 21-year wait, haha! I'd also like to give a shoutout to Blanche for her understanding when I inquired about the wings—she was very pleasant as well. Ordered two 8 piece boxes of chicken and paid through the app. App told me ~10 minutes later that the order was done so I went to pick it up. When I got there, they said they were OUT OF CHICKEN!!! Not only that, but they can’t give me a refund or refund it through the app and I have to call the corporate number to get a refund. After being on hold with the corporate number for 30 minutes, I just hung up and called my bank to put a stop payment order on the charges. Ridiculous.
I placed an order for a group of 20, and they prepared it incredibly quickly! The manager, Ms. Blanche, was excellent in ensuring everything was accurate and even helped bring the order to my car. A big thank you to the team! The food was delicious, and my coworkers were very happy. Well done!
First time going there. It was around 8pm and I got everything I ordered, the peeps in front of me, 3 out of the 4 had to settle on something other than they had ordered and paid for as they were out of chicken sandwiches/nuggets/etc..

Cartersville Ga. has best taking chicken breast meals at reasonable prices. We go frequently and always enjoy this location. Cold slaw and fries are excellent. Sometimes staff is a little annoying but just ignore it.
The drive-thru has finally hired some speedy staff! However, I have to ask, where's the chicken in my chicken pot pie? Honestly, two small pieces of chicken hardly qualifies as a pot pie.
The chicken sandwich was the worst we've ever had! The chicken was about the size of a quail! We definitely won't be returning!
