The restaurant was slow. Two people in drive thru. The lady in front of me was handed the wrong order. It took several minutes to remake her food. I hope they discarded it and did not give my mother that food. I watched the lady check the food and hand it back to them. I ordered tender meal that was misprinted on drive thru menu. Assistant manager Alexis said she would not honor that price. Very rude. She got an attitude when I asked for general manager information. Gave me a number no name or anything for corporate. Told me she was not allowed to give out general manager information. The cashier with nose ring repeatedly smirked at me. I told them they have to have better customer service....
Horrible service, from the time I drove up to the drive threw until I went in and got my food. There were about 4 other people trying to order food as well and they were not happy either. The staff was not friendly or helpful, the staff acted like they didn't want you to order anything, and it was a burden on them because you did. The weight was over 45 minutes and the chicken was cooked already, only one person in front of me. The staff would just stand and talk to each other and play on their phones, like they were hoping everyone would just give up and leave, which 2 people did.
