Used the drive through which was quite busy but did not take too long to get through. When we got home to enjoy our weekend "treat", family of three were all disappointed. The bun in the 3 piece box was dry and had been microwaved . The chips were soggy and lacking in any flavour or even salt. The chicken itself inside was brown and tasted old.The coating was falling off and was extremely greasy. The bones inside the chicken wings were broken so I was glad the children had not eaten that piece. The potato and gravy was fine but you can;t really muck that up.Overall, a treat turned out to be a very disappoint, expensive choice.
I keep saying I wont go back yet the convenience gets me every time I am in no way a fussy diner but when I ask for extra mayo (and get charged for it) you can guarantee just about every time there wont be extra, I now ask for triple mayo yet I still end up passing the burger back and asking for more now I can absolutely deal with this even though its annoying but just the other week I had a bacon and cheese zinger and the bacon was rock hard I almost cracked a tooth! I know its fast food but come on that's such a lazy effort.
i visited 4 different kfcs in Australia ,everytime I asked for dark meat only and got white1st visit chicken was dripping in grease and fries were soggy would not give me ketchup for fries same in other 3 visits. staff also not friendly .would never go to kfc.s in Australia again.If you are looking for good food go to Hungry JacksNot one bad experience ever
Got shorted on my order and when rang the person who answered phone said she knew it was short cause she packed it and only offered to thing that was short. Most other fast foods will at least offer your order replaced. NO customer service at all. Will NEVER go to KFC Beenleigh again. Very disappointed!

The staff are to young to care about the customers, they are rude, and orders are not fulfilled correctly. There is nothing worse than getting home and finding that they have not provided you with the full order that you have paid for.Some days the food is edible other days it is totally disgusting.
I don't like putting places down but the service is poor as in not speed so much but right orders. too many times have i not got what iwanted or cold chips etc. you have to check your food before you leave to make sure its right which is poor.
Melbourne cup day, 2015, decided to treat myself. Haven"t had KFC since moving from Beenleigh Plaza. Service was quick, took meal home to consume. Biggest mistake. !!! Very greasy, over cooked, chips soggy. Disgusting.!!!
Tijdens een korte overstap met de bus even een snack en wat drinken bij kfc. Slechte keuze... geen airco, zag er onverzorgd uit en de bediening was niet goed. Gauw even bij Mac Donalds aan de overkant kijken

Usual KFC place. Did not have to wait long for my order. Staff very rushed but always pleasant. Chicken hot and yummy.
