I'm allergic to certain sauces, so I made sure to request that no sauce be added to my order. Unfortunately, they still included it, and I ended up only being able to eat the French fries. That left the chicken inedible for me. It felt like such a waste. I really shouldn't have to deal with this situation. I feel sorry for the owners because this isn't a good way to recover from the revenue losses restaurants have faced during the pandemic.
1 star is being generous. Incapable of taking orders properly. Their supervisor lacks customer service. Instead of handling the situation with grace she raised her voice gave me attitude. Drinks are flat, failed to even provide a receipt. How this location is still open is beyond me. Don 't waste your time or money here.
This kfc is good and the staff is nice. The inside is clean and theres barely a wait for your food. I think I waited maybe 4 minutes so that's cool... I was only going to put 4 stars because the potpie was a bit hollow but that's not the employees fault so I gave them their well deserved 5 stars. Go KFC!!!
