The experience was fantastic. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. If we returned on a Sunday morning, I would definitely go back, even if they were short-staffed like many other places. The chef certainly deserves a raise for cooking the chicken perfectly; it was fully cooked and flavorful. The woman who served us was very polite and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a great dining experience!
First of all we did an online order, we had ordered 3 sandwiches, along with other items. They had no sandwiches because someone forgot to thaw them from the freezer. Duh!!! The least they could have done was called to let us know. They had the number. Wehave had issues with this store in the past, not getting all of our food.
There are problems with every order. Tonight, I received the wrong chicken even though the receipt showed the correct item. They are always apologetic, but it's difficult to resolve once it's delivered. The bag was sealed, so the driver wasn’t at fault.
*UPDATE: Josh kept his promise, and the chicken was fantastic! I reassessed my experience, elevating my rating from 4 stars to 5. I appreciate the effort, but I recognize that they are still short-staffed and facing ongoing supply issues. Book a table now
I ordered the KFC Bowl from the KFC menu, but it was poorly prepared with tough, overcooked chicken and barely any mashed potatoes. I do not recommend it.
They have put a lot of effort into improving this restaurant. The staff is very welcoming, and the interior is clean and attractive. The food was tasty.
I ordered the chicken sandwich (#12) for my husband, and he said it was excellent! It was very juicy and delicious! You definitely made it fresh!
