In the past two weeks, I've experienced cold chicken on one occasion, and I received the wrong meal on another. I understand that they might be short-staffed, but waiting in line for about 20 minutes is frustrating. Today, after waiting again for 20 minutes, I was given my food but my drink was left sitting in the window. The lady at the counter told me my total was $5.00, but I explained that I had already paid for my meal and was still waiting for my drink. She apologized, but overall, I was not satisfied with the service.
From the time I first got in line to pulling out was 54 mins. I understand very hard to fill retail positions right now, however why once at the drive thru they take ur can they not have big order/special order folks pull around enter in to pick their oder just like call ins. And the employees should show an ounce of service vrs cutting up throwing stuff back forth. Typically I would have tipped even carry put, here it wasn't deserving.
This wasn't a really good KFC to go too but they was the only one open until 11. That was a plus, the serving size of chicken livers I got was a plus. I went near closing so it may be partly my fault but my livers was under cooked. And hardly no gravy at all on my potatoes, and the wait time was all negatives but overall I would go back and try again at a earlier time. I know how it is when you ready to go home. Lol.
I experienced a longer wait than anticipated due to some lack of organization at the restaurant. I ordered two meals, each with fries and coleslaw, but when I got home, I realized the coleslaw was missing entirely. Because of the delay, I didn’t check my order before leaving. On the positive side, the food was delicious, and the restaurant was clean.

Great food! I hadn’t visited KFC in some time. Although the dining area remains closed, the drive-thru was available. The only drawback is that they’ve replaced the potato wedges with regular french fries. Now their sides are the same as everywhere else. I actually preferred the potato wedges because they were a unique alternative to plain fries.
The roasted chicken that was ediable was dryer than their biscuits. The wings literally had no meat on them and the thighs looked like they were from a small, sick chicken. Also, paid $3.79 for mac cheese I didn't have when I got home. This place has really went down hill. Save your money and go else where.
Expect long wait times regardless if your in drive thru or placed a mobile order. Bad thing about it is this is the only close kfc in town. If your in a rush you can forget about a quick service. Never fails, alway long wait times. KFC NEEDS TO BUILDANOTHER RESTAURANT OR HIRE A NEW MANAGEMENT TEAM.
The food was tasty, but typical KFC items like grilled chicken were not offered. There were no senior meal options, and the 2-piece meal was more expensive than what I’m used to in North Carolina. The iced tea tasted stale and sour.

Their food just doesn't hold up anymore. I used to get big buckets from here but I recently bought some and the chicken was tasteless and covered In black shabby burn marks. I will go to Bojangles or Popeyes from now on.
