The service at the KFC drive-thru was disappointing. The person taking our order was rude, but the employee at the window was friendly and helped make up for it. The food was mediocre. We ordered two 5-piece Nashville Hot Tenders, but were told at 7 PM they only had six tenders left in total. So, we ordered a meal plus an extra tender. The tenders were surprisingly small. Afterwards, I tried ordering from Taco Bell and asked if the item came with a regular chalupa shell. I was told yes, but with cheese. However, it turned out to be a chicken shell, which I didn’t want and couldn’t eat. My husband, on the other hand, enjoyed his Nashville Hot meal from KFC’s menu.

I went into the kfc a few days ago at 10:30am when the store opened. Nobody was in the store including the staff. I walked up closer to the counter and an older woman came up and said we're closed because we don't have a cook. As I left, the cook came in, apologized for being late and asked me what I wanted. I said I really don't have time to wait since nothing has been prepped let alone cooked. I sat in my car and texted my coworkers to select another place to eat. A car pulled up beside me; I was getting ready to tell her KFC was closed but she said we're closed no employees. Now what kind of place is this where the manager isn't even on time.

I would have given this location a 0. I had ordered a new Spicy Chicken Sandwich. This was my first and last time. The chicken used was dry completely and hard with barely even any sauce on it to negate the dryness. This location has had it's problems with orders being incomplete or wrong. My last visit from today was October 2019. I am thoroughly disappointed. The reason we stopped visiting the previous time, was that the employees at that time were kids and were being belligerent while customers with kids were eating inside. I am through with this location. I drive out of my way to not go here and visit other locations.

We had some negative experiences in the past and had vowed not to return to this location. However, after noticing some changes, we thought KFC might be turning over a new leaf. Unfortunately, this hope was short-lived when my husband stopped by for a late dinner at 8:15 PM. From the moment we placed our order, it was obvious that the staff member at the counter was particularly unfriendly. To make matters worse, we were informed that they had run out of chicken for the night. Whether that was true or not, I can say with certainty that we will not be returning to this location! I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC. I waited 25 minutes in the drive-thru just to order a bucket with potatoes and coleslaw. The chicken was dry and overcooked, the mashed potatoes were unappealing, and the coleslaw was as disappointing as usual. The woman who took my order and handed me the food was rude and showed little concern for customer service. To make matters worse, my friend and I both got salmonella from the chicken. This was my first visit after work, and unfortunately, it will also be my last.

Extremely disappointing experience. If it were possible, I would give fewer than one star, but Google doesn’t allow it. It felt like they had to bring the chicken all the way from Kentucky. We waited 20 minutes just to have someone take our order, while multiple staff members in the kitchen stood around doing nothing. In the end, we gave up and went to a place that actually serves food.

Did not get a receipt for order. Ordered Mac&Cheese got cole slaw. (Cole slaw container not dated at bottom). Requested for hot sauce got honey mustard. Requested for Nashville tenders, got regular tenders. Fries were not fresh. No napkins in bag. I use to work at a KFC. I know how things are supposed to work. They obviously don't know what they are doing.

The customer service at this KFC is terrible, and they constantly forget items. During my last visit, they left out my sides. It seemed like the employee got frustrated, as she placed my green beans in the bag without a lid, causing them to spill all over my other sides. Book a table now

I often have problems at this location like food not being available until close, or ridiculously under sized proportions, or on my last visit they forgot to give me one of my sides. They seem to be much better on the Taco Bell side.
