I would like to suggest that your employees receive comprehensive training. My experience at The store in Ballarat Sunshine Victoria, Australia was disappointing. After placing an online order, the customer service representative attended to me briefly, but then left without explanation and proceeded to serve other customers. Upon approaching the window, I found it closed while she attended to others. I then went to the next window to collect my food and ask about my drink. None of the self service terminals work properly. The staff cannot take verbal orders. The food was fine. Not the worst KFC I've been to. Not good either.
