Worst service and food from any KFC ever! Staff was very unconcerned their was customers waiting to place orders as they dilly dallied around! Server talked super quiet and got very rude when ask to repeat herself! Finally got the food and got home wherekids where waiting for supper only to find out that their food wasn?t even in the bag! The chicken was super small anddefinitely not equivalent to even close to 8 pieces maybe 4 and 2 were mainly skin/breading! When called about missing itemsthey were not very nice and said well drive back and get it which isn?t an option as I picked up the food on way home from workand live 20+ minutes away! Definitely do not recommend this location to anyon...
KFC seems to be continuing to overlook customer complaints about the smaller pieces of chicken. Some of the servings consist mainly of bread and fat, with very little meat. The bread was soggy and lacked the flavor it used to have. The only highlight of the meal was the coleslaw, which was quite tasty. On a positive note, the store was clean, the staff were friendly, and the service was fast, so I’ll give it an extra star for that.
Really KFC? This is the size of salad you get with the variety pack combo now? What happened to the 2 large salads/sides? Now you get 2 individual ? What a rip off. Look at the size of the gravy. I can spit more than this container holds. Some combos you get chicken and fries with absolutely no sides or gravy, and they 're $32.99? Seriously? No wonder you never look that busy when I 'm over that way.
I was going to order lunch but the female employee was rushing the gentleman in front of me and then made me feel rushed as well. She seemed stressed out and this turned me off...I was hoping for better customer service from KFC. These are challenging times but customers shouldn't take the brunt of it. Friendly service with a smile is the expectation. I decided to go elsewhere. Book a table now
Spent 70 dollars and the worker, Alyssa, threw out food at us and couldn?t even ask if we needed anything. We asked for ketchup, she threw it in the bag. Paid for extra chicken, didn?t put it in the bag. I went up to ask for forks and she said ?do you needsomething?? In such a snooty voice. If you?re gonna hire people. Make sure they are friendly, not rude people like Alyssa.
Wouldn?t even give the KFC Simcoe location 1 star if I could. They deserve 0 stars. Absolutely atrocious to wait an hour for 3 chicken tenders and a 4 piece combo. Not the girl?s faults they?re understaffed but management needs to help them. They couldhave better attitudes but I wouldn?t be happy working long hours, understaffed either.
I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. While driving through, I requested some extra salt, and the lady at the window seemed confused and asked if I said salt. When I confirmed, she angrily handed me a handful of pepper instead. It felt childish and petty.
Placed an online order for 40 minutes past the order time. Arrived at the time I set, and they hadn 't even started making my food as they weren 't sure when you 'd arrive. Isn 't that why I told you when I was showing up? Book a table now
The food is consistently excellent, but there seems to be an issue with the soda machine; it has a mild bleach-like taste. At least the guests are COVID-free!
