Twhen I ordered 2pc chicken, it was dark and hard, I took it back to counter and complained, and I ask her how long would it take to make some fresh chicken, and she said about 20 min, and I told her that I would wait on it, and another lady told herthat the other batch was better, so she switched it out, and when I got it, it was jist as bad, but I didn't want to go back andcomplain the 2nd time, so I tried to eat it, but most of it went in the trash, even the bisquit was hard. I waisted $12.94, Iwould not recommend them to anyone.
The woman who took our order was extremely friendly. I was pleasantly surprised when she brought our food right to our table inside the restaurant—a service I've noticed is not offered at other KFC locations. She served everything with a smile, which really enhanced the experience. I didn't catch her name, but she was wonderful! Overall, the food was delicious, although one half of my biscuit was a little too hard to eat. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and would definitely recommend this location over others in my area.
I observed staff using dirty water to clean the counters, which resulted in grease and grime dripping onto the cups. To my surprise, they continued to use those same cups for drive-thru orders. I waited over 22 minutes for my own pickup order without any acknowledgement. When I attempted to use the drive-thru, the employee bluntly suggested that I come inside. I have since received a refund and have no intention of returning. The establishment was overcrowded and unsanitary.
My experience at the restaurant was disappointing. Upon arrival, the outside had a strong odor of trash, and the drive-thru was littered with garbage. The speaker system was also problematic, as they could hardly hear me when I placed my order, which is unusual for me. To make matters worse, part of my order was missing, and the lid on my chicken had come off, causing a mess in my bag. I would suggest looking for a better option.

I arrived at this location around 9:30 PM and went through the drive-thru, but nobody took my order or greeted me. I even pulled up to the window, yet there was still no one to assist me.
"I just wanted to highlight that they still offer the all-you-can-eat buffet, and the food is fantastic! Keep up the great work, KFC! Now, where's the delicious chicken? Let's go!"
The restaurant presents a variety of flexible menu choices, and the staff is both friendly and accommodating. The place is well-maintained, and the food is always of high quality.
This restaurant has experienced its share of highs and lows, but today's meal was satisfactory.
